ANKARA (A.A) - 18.05.2002 - Baskent University on Saturday issued a statement and said Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit reacted positively to the medical treatment that was implemented on him. The statement said it was observed that recovery process started.
The written statement said, ''in the controls which have been made on May 18, 2002 in the morning, it was observed that Ecevit reacted positively to the medical treatment that was carried out. It was observed that recovery process started. The treatment will continue within the planned time, and information will be given regarding developments.''
