Patriach Bartholomew In Gokceada

GOKCEADA (A.A) - 12.05.2002 - Greek-Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew attended a religious ceremony in Zeytinli village where he was born, on the second day of his visit to Gokceada on Sunday.
Bartholomew spent the night in house of his relatives.
He attended the religious ceremony in Panagia Church which is the oldest church in the village and was restored with his financial contributions.
Bartholomew is expected to depart from Gokceada on Monday morning.
