Turkish Ambassador Logoglu Meets With Chicago Mayor Daily

CHICAGO (A.A) - 10.05.2002 - Turkish Ambassador in Washington Faruk Logoglu met with Chicago Mayor Richard Daily and delivered a speech at Foreign Relations Council on Friday.
Logoglu said that his meeting with Daily was very positive and he invited Daily to Turkey.
Daily said at the meeting that they wanted to develop commercial and cultural relations with Turkey.
Daily stated that the number of tourists going from the United States to Turkey increased and added that he approached posivitely to Chicago's being a sister city with a city in Turkey.
Logoglu who delivered a speech at Foreign Relations Council informed the listeners about Turkish-American relations and the situation in Turkey.
The bulletin of Foreign Relations Council emphasized on Turkey's friendship with the United States and its support in fight against terrorism.
