Cakmakoglu Responds To Greek Defense Minister's Statement

ANKARA (A.A) - 24.04.2002 - Responding to Greek Defense Minister Yiannos Papandoniou's statement to a magazine ''Despite the rapproachment between the two countries, Turkey is still Greece's number one enemy,'' National Defense Minister Sabahattin Cakmakoglu said ''We don't see ourselves as a threat to our neighbours. I should leave it to people to make an assessment of his statement. We will also respond to his statement if needed.''
