Efes Signs License Agreement With Interbrew

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 09.04.2002 - Anadolu Efes Biracilik ve Malt Sanayii A.S., a leading brewer in Turkey, signed a license agreement with Belgian-origin Interbrew, second biggest brewer in the world.
The agreement includes production, marketing and distribution of Beck's beer in Turkey.
Anadolu Efes Biracilik said on Tuesday that the agreement also included giving of Efes Pilsener's license to some of the selected operations of Interbrew in western Europe.
Prior to this agreement, Interbrew was also cooperating with Efes Brewery in Romania.
