De Soto Arrives In Ankara

ANKARA (A.A) - 28.03.2002 - U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan's Cyprus Special Representative Alvaro De Soto came to Ankara to have a series of contacts with Turkish officials on Thursday.
After being received by Foreign Minister Ismail Cem, De Soto will meet with Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal.
De Soto will continue his contacts in Athens on Friday and later he will go to New York to brief Annan and U.N. Security Council members about the ongoing talks in Cyprus.
