BEIJING, March 18 (A.A) – Cultural programme for 2002-2005 was signed on Monday between Turkey and the People's Republic of China.
Foreign Affairs Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Sencar Ozsoy and Chinese Deputy Culture Minister Meng Xiaosi signed the programme in Beijing.
The programme envisages cooperation between Turkey and the People's Republic of China in culture, art, history, library and archive.
Rafet Akgunay, the Turkish Ambassador to the People's Republic of China, was also in attendance at the signing ceremony.
Meanwhile, Turkish delegation headed by Ozsoy met with Chinese Culture Minister Sun Jiazheng.
During the meeting, the sides expressed their satisfaction with development of cooperation between the two countries.
Turkish delegation is scheduled to meet with Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Wang Guangya.
