ANKARA, Feb 18 (A.A) - President Ahmet Necdet Sezer Monday ratified a law which proposes changes in a number of laws including the Turkish Penal Code's (TCK) articles 159 and 312.
Presidential Press Center announced that the law was sent to the Prime Ministry to be published in the Official Gazette.
