Pakistani F.M.: Turkey Is Right Country For Holding Such A Forum

ISTANBUL, Feb 12 (A.A) - Pakistani Foreign Minister Abdul Settar said on Monday evening at the OIC-EU Forum Welcome Reception that ''Turkey, which hosted many civilizations throughout the history, is the right country for holding such a Forum.''
''I congratulate Turkish country, and I am happy to represent Pakistan,'' he told A.A, stating that he hoped the understanding and peace atmosphere would be dominant between the civilizations at the end of the Forum.
''We have not needed peace so much since the Second World War. Therefore, holding such a meeting which brings together the OIC and EU countries is a very wise decision,'' he said.
