A 5.4-magnitude earthquake hit Turkey’s western Manisa province on Wednesday, said the country’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD). 

According to AFAD, the quake that occurred at 10.22 p.m. local time (1922GMT) was centered in the Akhisar county district of Manisa at a depth of 6.98 kilometers (3.58 miles).

The quake was also felt in the other cities — including Izmir, Aydin and Denizli.
