ANKARA - Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer congratulated Iran's president-elect Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Presidential Press Center said on Monday that Sezer send a congratulatory letter to Ahmadinejad, noting that he believed that cooperation between Turkey and Iran would further improve in the following period.
Iran's new president Ahmadinejad won the Iranian presidential elections on June 25th.
