ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday congratulated Iran's president-elect Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Erdogan's congratulatory message said, ''I would like to reiterate my wish that friendship and cooperation between our countries will improve on the basis of good neighborhood relations''.
