ANKARA, Jan 28 (A.A) - The draw for the European Men's Volleyball Championship category A qualifying groups was made on Sunday in Luxembourg.
Men's Category A draw:
Group one : Bulgaria, Hungary, Belgium, Croatia
Group two : France, Greece, Finland, Romania
Group three: Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Macedonia
Group four : Turkey, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine
Meanwhile, Turkey will not play qualifying group matches in European Women's Championship as it will host the finals.
Women's Category A draw:
Group one : Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary
Group two : Netherlands, France, Greece, Yugoslavia
Group three: Poland, Croatia, Germany, Slovakia
Qualifying group matches will be played between May 2002 and June 2003 while men's and women's finals will be held in September 2003.
