ANKARA - The parliament adopted on Tuesday the law envisaging constitutional amendment regarding the election of members of the Supreme Board of Radio and Television (RTUK).
Totally 421 deputies attended the vote, 397 of them voted for the law, while 23 deputies voted against it.
The law envisages the number of RTUK members as nine and the election of them by the parliament by taking as basis the number of deputies which political parties have.
