ANKARA, Jan 22 (A.A) - Felicity Party (SP) will present a motion for four articles of the adjustment draft law that will be debated at the Parliamentary Justice Commission on Wednesday.
Sources said on Tuesday that the SP would demand the abolition of article 159 of Turkish Penal Code (TCK) titled ''insulting the constitutional institutions and public personality'' by claiming that there were provisions regarding similar crimes in other articles.
Also, SP will try to change the provision which foresees punishment ''to the person which provokes others to hatred and enmity in a way that can deteriorate the public order'' with a motion. The motion for an amendment prepared by SP envisages the occurence of incitement for a crime ''in case of close danger and provocation of violence.''
SP members will also present motions to change the article 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Law to enable punishment of ''those who aid and abet the members of the terrorist organization willingly and on purpose'' and eight article of the same law to ensure giving a heavy punishment to ''those who make propaganda to incite terrorist methods.''
