AMASYA - Turkish Interior Minister Abdulkadir Aksu indicated, ''there is no systematic torture in Turkey.''
Attending a seminar in central city of Amasya on Saturday, Aksu noted that the government took very important steps on democratization, human rights and freedoms.
Aksu stressed, ''our country was earlier brought up with systematic torture claims. But today everyone accepts that there is not systematic torture in Turkey any longer.''
