WASHINGTON, Jan 19 (A.A) - Justice and Development Party (AK) leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit the United States end of January.
Erdogan will deliver a speech at the Washington based think-tank Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
AK Party Deputy Chairman Abdullah Gul is expected to accompany Erdogan during his visit.
Erdogan is expected to meet with U.S. National Security Council and U.S. State Department representatives.
Erdogan is also expected to meet the meetings of Davos World Economic Forum meeting as a sign of solidarity after Sept. 11 attacks. The summit will be held on Jan.31-Feb.4.
Erdogan is aiming to promote his party in the United States through his contacts with U.S. officials.
