BEIRUT - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday that Turkey was ready to make all kinds of contributions under the Broader Middle East and North Africa Initiative.
Prime Minister Erdogan, who is currently paying a state visit to Lebanon, met Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati with economic, commercial, political and cultural relations between the two countries on their agenda.
Referring to the recent general elections in Lebanon, Prime Minister Erdogan expressed his pleasure with the elections held in a democratic and free atmosphere.
During the meeting, Turkish and Lebanese sides agreed to increase mutual investments.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Erdogan said that Turkey was ready to make all kinds of contributions under the Broader Middle East and North Africa Initiative.
