Turkey To Attend E.U. Environment Prizes

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkey will start to attend ''EU Environment Prizes'' as of 2006.
EU Environment Prizes have been presented by European Commission since 1987.
EU Environment Prizes are held on 4 categories which are management, product, process and international cooperation.
''Turkey Environment Prizes'' will be presented in December after the assessment of a jury in Turkey. Prize winners will then attend EU Environment Prizes which will be held in Brussels in June, 2006.
European Commission Director General for Environment George Kremlis told reporters that companies which attend the EU Environment Prizes increase their reliability and develop their relations with customers.
