Erdogan Holds Meetings At U.S. Congress

WASHINGTON (AA) - Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan met members of Turkish friendship group at U.S. House of Representatives and Turkish Study Group at U.S. Congress in a reception late on Wednesday.
Turkish National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul, Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan and Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul also attended the reception.
Erdogan then met U.S. Senate majority leader Bill Frist.
Erdogan will proceed to White House to meet U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney.
