Turkey And China Have Meeting On Disarmament

BEIJING, Jan 10 (A.A) – Turkey and China had on Thursday a meeting on disarmament in Chinese capital Beijing.
The meeting was held within the terms of the Action Programme signed during the visit of Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Tang Jiaxuan to Turkey.
Foreign Ministry International Security Affairs General Director Sadi Calislar and Chine Foreign Ministry Disarmament Department General Director Lui Jieyi attended the meeting.
Sides exchanged views on general situation of international security and disarmament, missile defense system, disarmament conference, prevention of disarmament of space, prevention of proliferation of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, conventional weapons, NATO-Russian Federation relations, NATO's enlargements during the meeting.
Calislar met with Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Wang Guangya in the afternoon.
