Greek Military Cargo Planes Violate Turkish Air Space Over Aegean Sea

ANKARA, Jan 10 (A.A) - Greek military cargo planes and helicopters violated Turkish air space over the Aegean Sea for three times.
Releasing a statement, the General Staff said on Thursday, ''Greek C-130 type military cargo planes violated Turkish air space over southwest of Datca for two times between December 27 and 28, 2001, and a Greek Skorsky helicopter violated Turkish air scape over south of Datca once on January 3, 2002.''
''Turkish war planes reacted against these violations of Greek military planes and helicopters. Upon the reaction, Greek military planes and helicopters left the area. Relevant authorities have been informed on jeopardous outcomes of these violations in Aegean,'' the statement added.
