BERLIN, Jan 10 (A.A) - German army will halt cargo flights to Turkey.
Cargo flights started mid-November, 2001, in order to meet requirements of German soldiers in Afghanistan.
Releasing a statement, German Defense Ministry said on Thursday that the last cargo flights would be held today.
Transall C-160 type cargo planes carrying relief supply, provided logistic support to German soldiers in Afghanistan.
German Air Forces accumulated more than 130 flights to Incirlik Air Base in southern province of Adana, and carried more than 500 personnel and about 600 tonnes of relief supply.
