State Minister Toskay Leaves For Germany

ISTANBUL, Jan 8 (A.A) - State Minister Tunca Toskay on Tuesday left for Germany to attend opening of Frankfurt Heim Textile Fair.
Toskay is accompanied by a crowded group of businessmen.
More than 130 companies from Turkey attend the Heim Textile Fair.
Heim Textile Fair is staged since 1971, and is shown as one of the most important textile fairs.
A total of 96, 790 people from 96 countries visited the fair last year and a total of 2, 129 companies attended the fair.
Home textile exportation in the year 2000 increased 12 percent when compared with the previous year and reached 961 million U.S. dollars.
