Textile And Ready Wear Exportation From Denizli Increase

DENIZLI, Jan 8 (A.A) - Textile and ready wear exportation from Denizli province increased by 16.5 percent in 2001 when compared with the previous year and reached 524, 881 million U.S. dollars.
Denizli Textile and Confection Exporters Union issued a statement and said bath robe, towel and house coat continued to be the locomotive of Denizli's exportation. Those three products have a share of 74 percent within the total exportation.
The most exportation from Denizli was made to the U.S. with 141 million U.S. dollars, later to Britain with 109 million U.S. dollars, and to Germany with 108 million U.S. dollars.
