ANKARA, Jan 8 (A.A) - Resat Dogru, who was appointed as State Minister, took over the mission from State Minister Faruk Bal on Tuesday.
Speaking at a ceremony held on the occasion, Dogru said he would be in an effort to continue the projects which have been started earlier and would make use of their valuable experiences.
Dogru said they would have new priorities in their works pertaining to the Turkish world, ''we will have efforts to improve reciprocal cooperation areas, and to improve bilateral trade as well as cultural cooperation.''
Dogru said, ''some of our kinsmen live within the borders of some countries and neighboring countries, we will be please if those kinsmen use their rights basing on Universal Charter on human rights.''
Dogru said, ''we will be in an effort to improve bilateral relations with the brotherly Turkish republics by depending on the principles of not interfering the domestic affairs of our interlocutors, and principles of equality.
