LEFKOSA - Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener has said that once isolations imposed on TRNC were lifted, TRNC economy would enter into competition.
Sener met Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer in Lefkosa today (on Saturday).
Sener noted that they conducted a long and technical study regarding the additional protocol to be signed between Turkey and TRNC today.
Stating that he was paying a visit to TRNC to sign the additional protocol, Sener indicated that they would discuss how economic and financial relations would be further improved during his talks.
Sener stressed that they were working very hard for isolations to be lifted.
TRNC Prime Minister Soyer said that they aimed to improve investment climate in TRNC and upgrade living conditions of Turkish Cypriots.
