MOSCOW (AA) - Turkish businessmen in Ukraine indicated that they hoped that Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko's visit to Turkey between June 7th and 8th would further improve relations between the two countries.
The Association of Turkish-Ukrainian Businessmen Deputy Chairman Naci Kanar told the A.A correspondent on Friday that the association which was established one year ago had 100 members now, noting that they aimed to increase this number to 200 in this year.
Kanar stated that they aimed to increase trade volume and contribute to social and cultural communication between Turkey and Ukraine.
He indicated that although Ukraine was a market which had a great potential, Turkish business world was not aware of it, adding, ''we believe that Turkish businessmen can have important investment opportunities in Ukraine.''
