EDIRNE (AA) - The Turkish-Bulgarian-Greek Friendship & Culture Association has opened a painting and photograph exhibition in Bulgaria's Haskova city.
The Association Chairman Sami Gultekin indicated that, upon the invitation of Haskova Cultural Club, they have organized a painting and photograph exhibition on June 1st, World Child Day.
Gultekin remarked that they have co-sponsored activities in the past with Bulgarian NGOs. ''We want to work together with Greek NGOs as well in the near future,'' said Gultekin.
''We believe that we can best express our friendship through art. Once we got an offer from Haskova city, we accepted without hesitation. We know that we can strengthen our friendship with the painting and photograph exhibition,'' told Gultekin.
There are 100 pieces of art at the exhibition in Haskova.
Painter Fatma Meral Kose remarked that she is happy to share her art with Bulgarians. ''Through our good dialogue, we will help organize an exhibition for Bulgarian artists in Kirkpinar,'' noted Kose.
