NEW YORK - Denise Richards has given birth to a daughter, People magazine reports. Richards, who filed for divorce from Charlie Sheen in March, gave birth to the couple`s second daughter, Lola, Wednesday night at a Los Angeles hospital, her publicist confirmed to the magazine. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
Sheen was present when Richards gave birth, and mother and daughter are doing fine, the magazine said Thursday.
The couple also have a 15-month-old daughter, Sam.
Richards, 34, married Sheen in June 2002. They met while shooting the independent film "Good Advice" in 2000, and appeared in 2003`s "Scary Movie 3."
In divorce papers filed March 2, Richards cited irreconcilable differences. It was her first marriage and Sheen`s second. They began dating after Richards guest-starred on Sheen`s former series, "Spin City."
Richards, a former Bond girl, has also appeared in "Wild Things" and "Starship Troopers."
Sheen, who stars in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men," starred in "Platoon," "Ferris Bueller`s Day Off" and the "Hot Shots!" movies.
