SIIRT (AA) - A member of the terrorist organization of PKK surrendered to Turkish security forces in southeastern city of Siirt, sources told the A.A on Wednesday.
The terrorist who was identified as M.Y. fled from a camp of the organization on May 25th.
During his questioning at the Security department, M.Y. said, ''high-level officials of the organization threaten us with torture and long imprisonment terms. In fact, many members of PKK want to surrender. I have never adopted ideas of the organization. I have always planned ways of escape. However, I could not manage it so far since I was afraid. I rely on justice of Turkey.''
