ANKARA (AA) - Delegations from U.S. Congress will arrive in Ankara prior to visits of Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul to the United States.
     Sources said that Robert Wexler, U.S. Democrat Party Congressman and member of Turkish Friendship Group at the U.S. House of Representatives, will arrive in Ankara today to join U.S. delegation headed by Ed Whitfield, the co-chairman of the Turkish Friendship Group at the U.S. House of Representatives. After arrival of Wexler, the delegation will hold meetings in Ankara and give a news conference on Wednesday.
     Another U.S. delegation headed by U.S. Republican Party senator Richard Shelby will also arrive in Ankara tomorrow. A third U.S. delegation which will be chaired by U.S. Congress member Jim Colby, will arrive in Ankara on Thursday.
     Premier Erdogan received U.S. delegation headed by Senator Chuck Hagel yesterday.
