King Fahd is recovering: minister

RIYADH - The health of Saudi King Fahd, who has been hospitalised for the past five days, is improving constantly, Defence Minister Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz said Tuesday.
"King Fahd bin Abdulaziz is well... His health situation is improving constantly," Prince Sultan, who is a brother of the king and second in line to the throne, was quoted by SPA official news agency as saying.
"We wish him a speedy recovery," he added.
A medical source had told AFP Monday that the Saudi ruler was recovering from pneumonia and that he was responding to treatment administered to him after his admission to hospital.
