GENEVA - Iran's top nuclear negotiator Hassan Rowhani said talks with EU ministers Wednesday had given hope of an agreement over its controversial nuclear programme "in a reasonably short time".
"We believe following what was discussed today we could come to an agreement in a reasonably short time," Rowhani told journalists after meeting the foreign ministers of Britain, France and Germany here.
