ISTANBUL (AA) - Economic Development Minister Ali Muchukov of Kabardino-Balkaria autonomous republic has called Turkish businessmen to invest in Kabardino-Balkaria region.
Turkish-Russian Business Council hosted businessmen from Northern Caucasia and Kabardino-Balkaria republic in a meeting held in Istanbul on Friday to develop commercial and economic relations between Turkey and Russia.
Turkish-Russian Business Council Chairman Turgut Gur said in the meeting that the Caucasus had rich natural resources and noted that Turkish businessmen wanted to cooperate and trade more with the businessmen in the region.
Ali Muchukov said in his part that they amended the tax law to increase investment and the government would soon adopt a law to incite investment projects.
Calling on the Turkish businessmen, Ali Muchukov said ''we have a big investment potential, come and invest in our country.''
