Two killed in Baghdad car bomb attack near Shiite prayer hall

BAGHDAD - Two civilians were killed and five others wounded in a car bomb attack late Thursday near a Shiite prayer hall in southern Baghdad, an Iraqi interior ministry official said.
He said the attack took place near Al-Mehdi al-Montadhar husseiniya in the busy Saydiya district but at a time when the hall was closed.
