Turkish Parliament To Examine Honor Killings

ANKARA (AA) - Turkish parliament has decided to set up an inquiry commission to examine the reasons of honor killings and list measures to be taken to prevent them.
     The Parliamentary General Assembly adopted today (Wednesday) unanimously the motions submitted by women parliamentarians.
     In its meeting, the general assembly decided that the commission would be comprised of 15 people, and examine honor killing files for three months.
