More Than 1.5 Million Tourists Arrive In Antalya

ANTALYA (AA) - The number of tourists who arrived in Antalya, on the Turkish Riviera, since the beginning of 2005 exceeded 1.5 million.
     Antalya Culture & Tourism Office stated on Tuesday that the number of tourists who came to Antalya in the first half of May, 2005 reached 438,478.
     According to tourism office, the number of visiting tourists increased by 31 percent between May 1st-15th and by 27 percent between January 1st-May 15th, 2005 when compared to the respective periods of 2004.
