Aras Of Turkey Wins Gold In Karate Championships

TENERIFE (AA) - Yildiz Aras of Turkey won on Sunday a gold medal in the 40th European Karate Championships held in Spain.
     Aras defeated her French rival 2-0 and became the European Champion in women's +60 kg.
     In total, Turkey won one gold, one silver and four bronze medals in this championships.
