21st Comcec Follow-up Committee Meeting Ends

ISTANBUL (AA) - The 21st meeting of Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Standing Committee for Economic & Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC) Follow-up Committee ended in Istanbul on Wednesday.
     During the meeting, participants set agenda items of 21st COMCEC meeting which will be held in Istanbul in November.
     Participants will discuss the role of tourism in development of economic and commercial cooperation among member countries, removal of poverty in several member countries and economic assistance to provide this as well as development of cooperation between stock exchanges of OIC member countries.
     Besides Turkey, Committee members Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, Nigeria, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sierra Leone and guest countries Bahrain and Iraq attended the meeting.
