ANTALYA (AA) - Switzerland sent an ambulance-plane to Turkey to take those who were injured in a traffic accident in southern Turkish city of Antalya, sources told A.A on Monday.
The plane landed at the Antalya International Airport. Those who were seriously injured in the accident will be taken to Switzerland by the plane.
Earlier in the day, a tour bus swerved off the road and flipped over near Akseki town of Antalya, killing two people. The death toll increased to three after one of the injured people died at the hospital. All of them are Turkish.
Meanwhile, 44 others, including 34 Swiss tourists were injured in the accident.
The bus was driving to the town of Manavgat from the town of Urgup, near ancient Cappadocia, which is dotted with volcanic rock formations and underground cities carved out by early Christians.
