ANKARA (AA) - German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder arrived in Ankara on Tuesday.
     Speaking to reporters at Ankara`s Esenboga Airport, Schroeder said that he does not have any doubt that reform process will continue in Turkey.
     He added that decision of the EU on December 17th, 2004 meant an agreement between Turkey and the EU, noting that he believes that both parties will fulfill their responsibilities.
     Schroeder said that economic relations between Turkey and Germany have been enhanced adding that trade volume had also increased.
     Schroeder had a brief talk with Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul at the airport.
     German Chancellor will meet Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan at dinner tonight. He will be received by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer tomorrow (Wednesday) and later he will have another meeting with Erdogan. Following his meetings, Schroeder will proceed to Istanbul.
