ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc received Bosnia-Herzegovina House of Representatives Speaker Sefik Dzaferovic in Ankara on Thursday.
Speaking before the meeting, Arinc said that he made his first official visit to Bosnia after he was elected the parliament speaker.
Dzaferovic said in his part that the political relations between the two countries were excellent, adding that both countries aimed to further improve their economic relations.
Noting that the future of Bosnia-Herzegovina was based on integration with Europe, Dzaferovic said that he hoped Turkey could join the EU soon. He added that Bosnia-Herzegovina aimed to become member of both EU and NATO.
After the meetings between the delegations of two countries, Arinc and Dzaferovic will hold a joint news conference.
