State Minister Babacan Meets World Bank President Wolfensohn

WASHINGTON - Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan for Economy met Wold Bank President James Wolfensohn on Monday.
Babacan, who is currently in Washington D.C. to attend the spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, also met members of American-Turkish Council (ATC).
Following the meeting, Babacan proceeded to Los Angeles. He will attend a panel discussion and deliver a speech on Turkey-EU issue in Milton Institute in Los Angeles.
Babacan will return to Turkey on Wednesday.
