VAN - Turkish gendarmery confiscated 64.3 kg of heroin in Gurpinar town of eastern city of Van on Friday.
Acting on a tip-off, gendarmery stopped a car and found the heroin which was hidden in secret parts of the car.
Two people were detained and an investigation is under way.
