Robbe- Grillet Presented With Lifetime Achievement Award In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - French director Alain Robbe-Grillet was presented with Lifetime Achievement Award in the 24th International Istanbul Film Festival on Friday.
Robbe-Grillet's five films were shown as a part of the festival.
The French director said that he first visited Istanbul in 1950s, and noted that he met his wife during that visit.
Robbe-Grillet added that he shot ''The Immortal'' (L'Immortal) in Istanbul.
