Erdogan To Attend Pope's Funeral

ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to Italy on April 8th to attend funeral of Pope John Paul II.
Erdogan will represent Turkey at the funeral that will be held in Vatican city.
State Minister Mehmet Aydin, Justice and Development Party (AKP) parliamentarians Irfan Gunduz and Akif Gulle, and Erdogan`s Foreign Policy Advisor Egemen Bagis will also go to Italy with Erdogan.
Erdogan will return to Turkey in the evening hours after the funeral.
