I.M.F. Delegation To Start Its Meetings In Ankara Next Monday

ANKARA - An IMF delegation headed by IMF's Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam will start its meetings in Ankara on April 4th, Monday.
Lorenzo Giorgianni, the successor of Moghadam, will also be in the IMF delegation.
Turkish economy officials will have meetings at the weekend in order to upgrade the draft letter of intent.
The IMF delegation headed by Moghadam and Giorgianni is expected to meet Turkish State Minister Ali Babacan and the Turkish Treasury Undersecretary on Monday.
The IMF delegation will return to the Washington D.C. after one-week discussions and inform the IMF administration about the developments in Turkey.
Meanwhile, a crowded economy delegation headed by Babacan will attend the IMF spring term meetings to be held in Washington D.C. between April 16th-17th.
New IMF Managing Director Rodrigo de Rato will also come to Turkey for a meeting on April 29th and will meet with Turkish officials.
