ANKARA - Niyazi Kahveci said on Friday that he would not run for the Motherland Party (ANAP) leadership in the upcoming fourth extraordinary convention of the party.
The two-day convention will take place in Ankara on Saturday.
ANAP will elect its new leader on the first day of the convention.
Erkan Mumcu, former Culture & Tourism Minister of Turkey, will face no rival in the election.
