American soldier dies in non-combat incident in Anbar

BAGHDAD - A U.S marine was killed in a non-combat incident in Anbar governorate, west of here.
A statement released by the Multinational forces said Tuesday "a soldier from the Second Combat Brigade affiliated to the Second Marines Regiment was killed in a non-combat incident yesterday". It gave no further details, other than that he was killed while attempting to maintain security and stability in the city.
